We are updating our servers for added security and features. We will finish upgrading existing accounts during August 2017.
This security upgrade will require that you adjust your email settings.
For improved security, mail will require that SSL/TLS is enabled for Incoming POP3 and outgoing SMTP connections after the upgrade has completed on your account. If this is disabled you won’t be able to collect email after the upgrade. If you are unsure how to do this there are plenty of resources to be found by searching in Google or please use our contact form for help.
If your settings are not changed at that time you will still be able to access and respond to emails via yourdomainname.co.uk/webmail (replace yourdomainname.co.uk with your actual domain name) and then enter your email address and password. If you do need to contact us regarding any email issues please include your mail client details and your telephone number in the message.
